  • Stance: Ready Stance/ Horse Riding Stance/ Walking Stance/ Kicking Stance

  • Block: Low Block/ Middle Block/ High Block

  • Punch: Single Punch/ Double Punch/ Triple Punch

  • Kick: Rear Knee Snap Kick/ Front Kick

  • Form: Basic Form (Thank you Poomsae)

  • Falling: Forward Falling

  • Terminology: Joonbi(Ready Position), Chariut(Attention), Kyungye(Bow), Kihap(Yell), Baro(Come Back / Return), Swieo(At Ease), Balchagi(Kicking), Poomse(Form)

Yellow Belt: “Be loyal to my country”

  • Stance & Punch for Taegeuk 1 Jang Poomsae

  • Form: Taegeuk 1 Jang

  • One Step Sparring #1

  • Self Defense Hand Technique #1

  • Kick: Roundhouse Kick/ Jumping Front Kick

  • Falling: Back Falling

  • Soft Contact Free Sparring (Required equipment: Sparring Gears)

  • Terminology: Sa Bum Nim(Instructor), Annyeonghasibnikka(Hello), Kamsahamnida(Thank you)

Orange Belt: “Be nice to my family and friends”

  • Stance & Punch for Taegeuk 2 Jang Poomsae

  • Form: Taegeuk 2 Jang

  • One Step Sparring #2

  • Self Defense Hand Technique #2

  • Kick: All type of Hammer Kick

  • Falling: Side Falling

  • Soft Contact Free Sparring: Using Forward Step, Back Step

  • Board breaking: Using Single Punch, Hammer Fist, Palm Strike or Elbow Strike

  • Terminology: Kyorugi(Sparring), Sijak(Begin), Guman(Stop), Gallyeo(Break)

Purple Belt: “Maintain a healthy body and mind”
